The technician came to my 4th floor condo to check my water heater. It was 18 years old on 01/03/2008. It needs a power vent for the 4th floor. The tech is certified in all aspects of plumbing. After calling to let me know they were on the way to my home, two service men arrived on time, assessed the situation, and got right to work to identify and correct the problem with my double kitchen sink that had backed up during the time of the recent snow events in Chester.
