But which water heater is right for you? Should you go tankless or conventional? Gas or electric?

Fuel type. The fuel type or energy source you use for water heating will not only affect the water heater’s annual operation costs but also its size and energy efficiency. In general, tankless water heaters are often more energy efficient than conventional water heaters. But even if you want a conventional water heater, there are ways to improve energy efficiency.
Costs. Before you purchase a water heater, it’s also a good idea to estimate its annual operating costs and compare those costs with other less or more energy-efficient models.
Size. If you’re considering a conventional water heater, you need a properly sized water heater to provide your household with enough hot water and to maximize efficiency. The size and capacity of your water heater will have a great impact on how well it’s able to supply hot water throughout your house or workplace. The more demand for hot water you have, the more capacity you’ll need to keep your hot water demands satisfied.
Space availability. In addition, space availability is something to keep in mind. Conventional water heaters take up more space than tankless water heaters. Tankless water heaters can often be placed out of sight (but still within accessible reach) on the wall of your garage or basement.

Just moved into a new townhome and I had an issue with my shower head that would not stay on. I tried 3 different heads and all would fall and break off. A technician named Lawrence serviced my shower head and I have had no issues since! On the way out, I asked him if he could take a look at my dishwasher that was also having issues (Samsung could not make it out until the following week for a technician appointment) and with no hesitation, Lawrence checked it out for me and solved that problem as well.
