This was our first time using Robinsons Plumbing, and Derick did a great job! Kind, professional, polite, neat, and when a faucet was a little wobbly, he even came back the next day with an alternative part to stabilize it. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it was very expensive….but perhaps that’s an industry-wide issue. UPDATE: I've added a 5th star! A surprise leak occurred in our basement over the weekend, and Derick not only diagnosed the problem efficiently...but returned the following day to replace our tankless water heater and add a filtration system to prevent further issues with sediment. I am SO glad we switched to Robinson's when we did! What an enormous comfort to have Derick's capable help.

Justin has worked on our plumbing twice. First, he replaced the pipes, plumbing under our kitchen sink. Today, he unclogged the pipes under our kitchen sink. My pipes were clogged because of my 62 & 23 yr old children (: Justin explains everything and did an amazing job. He even tolerated my incessant chatter. Thank you!!!

Robinson plumbing in Midlothian was a blessing for me today! They were the only one to answer on a Sunday and more than that they said they could have someone out that day. I had a main line clog and basically could not use any water due to the backup. Derrick was quick to diagnose the issue, quick to complete the work. He also let me know how much the bill would be prior to starting work. Very professional and I highly recommend. They have earned my business by being there when I sorely needed them.

Derick and his assistant arrived, told me what was going to be done, started work, showed me what was wrong, then fixed it, reburied the hydrant, and made sure everything was working correctly and then cleaned up. They were efficient, professional, and now I have running water. Robinson's will be my forever plumber! Great experience!

Went downstairs to a mess on the floor from the old cast iron drain line splitting! Not fun! Called Robinsons plumbing on a Saturday night and got Greg the next morning! Just had our hot water heater go out after 15 years. Derick came and analyzed the problem. Based on the age, he recommended a new hot water heater. We agreed based on the cost to replace the faulty valves. He did a great job explaining our options. We are very satisfied with his work.

Our technician Derick was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I appreciate that his first course of action was to try to clean the corrosion off of the existing part first rather than simply replacing it, which would have been much easier. The process and cost was explained upfront, and the work was completed in a timely fashion. Very pleased. It wasn't a cheap repair and currently there is a fee for using a credit card - but worth it to get the water heater back up and running.
