Instead of just replacing it with the same type of seat, Lawrence recommended switching to a plastic one for a more permanent fix to avoid future chipping. Just moved into a new townhome and I had an issue with my shower head that would not stay on. I tried 3 different heads and all would fall and break off. A technician named Lawrence serviced my shower head and I have had no issues since! On the way out, I asked him if he could take a look at my dishwasher that was also having issues (Samsung could not make it out until the following week for a technician appointment) and with no hesitation, Lawrence checked it out for me and solved that problem as well.
