I recently had Lawrence from Robinson Plumbing come out to look at my old toilet seat, which had started chipping. He was on time, super professional, and really friendly. Instead of just replacing it with the same type of seat, Lawrence recommended switching to a plastic one for a more permanent fix to avoid future chipping. Just moved into a new townhome and I had an issue with my shower head that would not stay on. I tried 3 different heads and all would fall and break off. A technician named Lawrence serviced my shower head and I have had no issues since! On the way out, I asked him if he could take a look at my dishwasher that was also having issues (Samsung could not make it out until the following week for a technician appointment) and with no hesitation, Lawrence checked it out for me and solved that problem as well.
