- For consistently holding himself and our company to the highest standards of customer service (no matter the price)
- For his consideration of clients when explaining the specifics or nature of why we need to do certain task to fix plumbing issues
- Stepping up to take that extra service call that came in at 4:00 after an already busy day and treating the client and problem as if it was the first call of the day.
- Offering to take another technician’s day on call for emergencies when the technician had another engagement.
